The incident happened shortly before dark on Friday near Northwest 138th Street and 105th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens.
Several units of the police of this city had been on the spot since after 7 o’clock in the evening. At least one person, who appeared to be a witness, was being questioned by authorities.
Footage captured by Telemundo 51 shows the truck hit by bullets and nearby what appeared to be the covered body of a deceased person on the sidewalk.
On the other side of the street, a person who did not want to appear on camera told us that the driver of the truck after being shot opened the door of the vehicle, managed to get out and collapsed on the spot, in the middle of 138th Street NW.
Just after 8:30 p.m., three Miami Dade crime scene vehicles arrived at the scene of the shooting.
