Orlando Florida. – The suspect in the shooting and murder of three people in Pine Hills, Orlando, reportedly returned to the scene 41 minutes after Orange County authorities left the site where Natacha Augustine, 38, was killed.

Affidavit reading the five counts against Keith Moses, 19, for the deaths of Dylan Lyons and T’Yonna Major reveals the defendant returned to the scene and fired at the group of reporters covering the murder of Augustine, firing on the Spectrum News 13 crew.

Jesse Walden, the Spectrum cameraman and also a survivor of the shooting, testified to authorities and said he was in the trunk of the white Ford Escape pickup truck setting up the camera while Lyons, the reporter for 24 years old, was located at the front. passenger seat, when they were attacked around 4:05 p.m.

According to the affidavit, the man approached him and shot him in the groin. He then continued to fire on Lyon from the road.

Just three minutes later, authorities received a call reporting another shooting on Harrington Street.

Major’s mother told officers she was sleeping when her daughter was allegedly shot by Moses.

The woman, whose name has not been released, said she woke up when she heard her daughter screaming, “He shot me” as she ran to her bedroom.

Out of survival instinct, the mother grabbed her daughter’s arm to hide with her in the main bathroom of the house until the police arrived.

The man is said to have entered through the back door of the house as the minor collected the dance gear to be ready for her father’s arrival.

The girl’s mother remarked that it was not usual for her to leave the back entrance open, but sometimes she did so so she could take her dog into the yard.

The suspect had killed the 38-year-old woman in the early hours of the morning.
