The motorist who caused the Seal Beach hit-and-run accident that injured five people has been arrested.

The crash happened around 7:10 p.m. Feb. 11 at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street, according to Seal Beach Police Lt. Julia Clasby.

The driver was identified as Jahson Imgrund, 23, of Lake Forest, who fled the scene on foot, according to Clasby.

Igund turned himself in to Seal Beach police on Feb. 19 and was arrested and convicted of a hit-and-run with grievous bodily harm, Clasby said.
