My mind regarding any new video game that has to do with the Crash Bandicoot character in any way will always be on the rise… Even if the next installment in the franchise leaves the focus on a player and focuses on providing a multiplayer experience. Also; that’s what’s going to happen with Crash Team Rumble, the game that was officially presented at The Game Awards gala which took place in December 2022.

However, and despite the fact that this trailer left us with an occasional snippet of gameplay from the game, the truth is that another 30 second clip of a Crash Team Rumble match has been leaked. In other circumstances, this article would be a spoiler warning, but since this clip only focuses on how to play, it’s worth sharing to comment on first impressions of it. Let’s bother

Here’s how to play Crash Team Rumble

  • The leaked clip was shared by the account Fake Crash on Twitter
  • In the game in question, there is a clear objective: get 2,000 woopa fruit
  • We observe how it could have events during games to give you a little more life with this car that flies over the map with a laser
  • I understand from watching this clip that every character in the game will have their own skills
  • I leave them with the clip below for you to check it out with your own eyes

I know that when I wrote this first short story with the official trailer for the presentation of Crash Team Rumble I was much more excited than I am now, but I can’t help but feel a bit depressed that the character’s next game won’t be your typical single-player title. Hence what I have emphasized here that I do not know if I am completely convinced; although that doesn’t mean I won’t try it the same day it hits the market. What do you think of the game?
