when i played the first Alan Wake I did it in one of those situations where such and such a game is not accessible in the best possible conditions: I tried it because everyone was raving about it and I was so burnt out by the recommendations that I I was ready to taste it to prove to myself that it wasn’t that bad. But damn it, that was it; the game shut my mouth in the first 30 minutes of the adventure, I spent two afternoons from the fire I put on it and, I’ve been looking forward to getting my hands on Alan Wake II ever since.
The thing is the official announcement of Alan Wake II which took place a few months ago made my heart spin and I started playing into one of the toughest expectations I’ve had in years in the world of video games. However, and fortunately for those of you who are also in the same situation as me, Remedy has published a series of rather encouraging information. Alan Wake II at the end of 2023?
- The data in question comes from the last financial report of the study
- This implies that the information is more reliable than usual, since it is not that any of its members made fun of it or did it to create hype, as usual in this world every two by three
- In said document it is stated that the study plan is to release Alan Wake II at some point to be confirmed in 2023
- Taking into account that it’s March and a gameplay of the game has yet to be seen, my bet is that its promotional campaign will take place in the summer so that the game was released in the fall of that year; though that’s just my speculation
- On the other hand, we must not forget that we live in the industry of deadlines and that the last word in terms of On the specific release date of Alan Wake II, Remedy still has it
