Bobby Kotick spoke about what’s going on around Activision’s purchase of the company

If a year ago we thought Microsoft’s takeover of Activision was going to give us a lot to say, I think we failed. In my case, I had the idea in my head that things would go much better than they are now; even if it seems that, despite all the dead ends, things will be better in the months to come. A slowdown due, among other things, to to the complaints that some companies have made in this regard, such as PlayStation.

And, precisely, the information that I bring you here concerns the latter. Specifically, with the words that the CEO of Activision, Bobby Kotick launched towards the Japanese multinational. It’s not that I particularly like to prolong the word of someone who is clearly responsible for the great evils that have taken place in Activision for a long time, but I found them so surreal that I had to share them.

Activision is disappointed with PlayStation

  • This is all the result of a series of concerns from PlayStation about the possibility that the new Call of Duty came out full of bugs on their consoles
  • Activision CEO trusts Microsoft’s promise of quality and says the company is trying to release the best games possible, no matter what platform they end up on
  • Kotick points out that the idea that Sony opposes the purchase despite the agreement to offer 10 years of COD on PlayStation promises to be a disappointing attitude on the part of the Japanese company
  • Furthermore, he comments that it is particularly striking with a company that Activision has gotten along so well with in the past
  • However, the remarks of the CEO that the colleagues of the portal have collected VGC they are categorical: PlayStation’s attitude won’t stop Activision’s new deal with Microsoft

¿What do you think of all this? I’m going to go wash my hands, because after talking about Bobby Kotick I feel a little dirty.
