A shooting that started inside an apartment and then continued outside left two teenagers dead and three wounded when two groups of students started a dispute on social media.
The shooting took place at the Continental Colony Parkway apartment complex near the Greenbrier Mall shopping center in Atlanta, in the center of the United States (USA).
In this regard, the deputy chief of the Atlanta Police Department, Charles Hampton Jr. indicated that many details remain to be specified about the event. Police said at least two of the victims attend Atlanta Public Schools.
Three teenage and pre-teen victims were taken to a local hospital in a private vehicle before police arrived, including an 11-year-old boy, a 15-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy.
One of the two showed up at the apartment complex to do harm. Investigators indicated that both sides were armed with pistols and fired at each other inside the building.
