A mostly 3D-printed rocket made in Long Beach is set to launch for the first time on Wednesday from Cape Canaveral in Florida.
There post window of the Relativity Terran 1 rocket opens at 10 a.m. California time.
The launch will mark the team’s first attempt at orbiting flight with the 100-foot-tall, two-stage rocket, which is 80% 3D-printed parts en masse, according to the company.
