Have you ever received Yelan or Hu Tao Genshin Impact or one of his weapons? Or do you save protogems to get Dehya or another future character? It was that last thing I was doing, but in the end I shot for Yelan. And I got it pretty quick, but I also wanted the gun and what i have is the Homa, the spear of Hu Tao, character that I don’t have, unfortunately.
The good thing is that this weapon will be very useful for other characters, but what I have to do now is not to talk about that but about another detail that could be very relevant in the future of Genshin Impact.
As you know, there are currently in each version a total of 4 promotional banners, which rotate every three weeks (a version lasts 6 weeks in total). But It has not always been the case since just a moment ago only 2 promotional banners per version, one every three weeks. And now there are indications that the 4 now could be increased in the future.
More banners per version in Genshin Impact?
It’s good again Kovak who echoed a leak of which he already warns that it is very doubtful so take it with a grain of salt until there are more details about it, including the officials:
- Actually SYP said that soon there will be 6 banners per version instead of 4
- It could mean that there will be 3 banners every 3 weeks, instead of 2, but no
- Instead, we say that there would be 2 banners every 2 weeks
- And we say that it would be 3.5 or 3.6 (we are currently in the second half of 3.4)
- Although this is all just a rumor, it would be normal for the number of banners per version to increase every more than a year, since there are more and more characters in Genshin Impact and if they don’t increase this number of banners, players will have to wait a long time before they can roll for a character (as is the case with Shenhe, for example)
What do you think? Will it eventually happen or not? I think even if it’s not in 3.5 or 3.6, yes it will eventually pass and there will be more banners per version, especially for that, because there are more and more new characters.
