2023 has started very well for fans of video games based on anime series, like Bandai Namco One Piece Odyssey last month on next-gen consoles and this week they launched Digimon World: Next Orderwhich is already available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

Bandai Namco has just released its new monster collecting and raising RPG Digimon World: Next Order, which is set in the digital world of anime and manga. In this game, we assume the role of Shiki or Takuto, a DigiDestined who embarks on an adventure to restore the digital world to normal. Explore the world and befriend your fellow Digimon to help stop the planet’s destruction.

The launch of Digimon World: Next Order was accompanied by a new trailer that shows us the places that we will visit in this new adventure, as well as some of the digital monsters that we will be able to capture and raise. Digimon World: Next Order also has combat sections, and the trailer showed us some of the combat animations.

In Digimon World: Next Order we will find more than 200 Digimon to collect, in addition to which we can also befriend them. You can train your Digimon to make it stronger in battle, but you’ll also need to remember to feed it if you want it to eventually digivolve to unleash its full potential. Some of the characters we’ll meet in the game’s campaign can be seen in the Digimon World: Next Order launch trailer.

In the meantime, you can already buy the digital edition of Digimon World: Next Order on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. In the Nintendo eShop we can find the game for MXN$1,199, while on Steam it is priced at MXN$959.
