E3 2023 will be without some industry heavyweights this year. Following Nintendo’s confirmation that it will not be attending the annual fair, Microsoft has shared a statement with IGN, announcing that Xbox won’t be there either. at E3 2023.
“We look forward to hosting our Xbox Games Showcase on June 11 and will share more details later,” Xbox told IGN. “We’re also looking forward to co-streaming our event as part of E3 Digital, and we won’t be in the convention center at E3.”
The next big company set to confirm or deny its presence at this year’s event will be Sony, but given that PlayStation hasn’t been a regular at these major shows lately, we should probably assume the latest maker of consoles won’t be there either. At least Ubisoft will be present.
E3 2023 will take place from June 13-16.
