Xbox Game Pass officially ended to its one-month, $1 trial offer for PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate, according to The Verge. This offer has been available for years in several regions that offer the subscription service, but now it seems that Microsoft is looking for other methods to attract new users.
We don’t know what sort of deals these might be, as giving people a very cheap chance to try out the subscription service seemed like a very solid option. Although there is always the possibility that some will use Game Pass during that month to play a game they want and then leave the service.
It’s clear that Microsoft continues to have faith in Game Pass, as the service is getting plenty of new titles this year, including big upcoming titles like Starfield and Redfall.
