That brings the NextGen version of Witcher 3 for PC

Ray tracing support: In order to deliver contemporary graphics on PC and Playstation 5 as well as Xbox Series X, The Witcher 3 gets ray tracing support with the free upgrade. However, there is currently no gameplay or screenshots to give us a foretaste of the new graphics splendor.

Faster loading times: This feature is actually common for NextGen versions. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X and with the PC update should also have faster loading times.

HDR-Support: In fact, The Witcher 3 already has HDR support. However, this is reserved for players of the PS4 version so far. With the NextGen update, PC gamers and owners of the new generation of consoles can now also enjoy the benefits.

Upgrade for owners of the main game free of charge: The NextGen version of The Witcher 3 will of course be available as a standalone version – including all DLCs and expansions. But if you have already got the role-playing game on PC, PS4 or Xbox One, you will get the upgrade for free, regardless of whether you have bought a digital or physical version.
