Who is the alien assassin in Octopath Traveler 2?
Unlike NPCs who can be recruited through the use of path actions from various playable characters in the game, alien assassins are recruited through the use of a tradesman professional skill, hired help. The player must also pay 50,000 sheets. This makes them the most expensive mercenaries that can be recruited with this ability. However, its combat power is worth the high cost.
Not much is known about the Alien Assassins other than that they are secret mercenaries who meet at night in Merry Hills. They will only work for those who can beat them in battle. If you can afford to hire them, Alien Assassins will be extremely useful in battle, as each of them deals 9999 damage to all enemiesand they also recover HP and SP of your whole team.
Using alien assassins is also more convenient than other NPCs that can be recruited through the use of path actions. This is because these NPCs need to be led to the battle site and may have restrictions in the number of uses you can bring with you.
How to Hire the Alien Assassin in Octopath Traveler 2
- Goes happy hills in the ridges,
- make your way
- Fold LEFT near the stall,
- Keep going until you see a stairs and down,
- Change the time of night,
- Talk to the Alien Assassin and challenge him to a 4 vs 4 battle.
Combat is challenging, but shouldn’t be a problem for any player who has completed all playable character story missions. If you succeed, you will have the ability to summon alien assassins for 50,000 blades in battle as long as you have a character with the trader job and the hired helper ability.
