As you progress through Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll find various beasts that you can capture and store in your nursery. You can find everything from small puffskeins to huge hippogriffs and everything in between. Of course, each of your nurseries can only contain a limited number of creatures. Hang on too much and you won’t be able to hold on. That’s where selling comes in. When you can’t give a rescued animal a good home, sell it to someone who can. This guide will show you where you can sell beasts in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to Sell Beasts in Hogwarts Legacy

You have very limited storage space for everything at Hogwarts Legacy. Just as you only have a limited number of equipment slots, you only have a limited number of beast slots. When you first learn how to catch and care for beasts, you will only be able to keep a small number of them in the Nab-Sack. You also don’t have a lot of space in your vivarium, as you can only house four different species. Sure, you’ll have more nurseries later on and your Nab-sack will grow in size, but that takes a bit of time.

Just like you sell your gear when your inventory fills up, you can sell your magical beasts. If you’re in the market to get rid of these creatures, take them to Hogsmeade. There’s a store run by Ellie Peck called Brood & Peck that will happily get rid of all the magical beasts. Don’t look to get a ton of Galleons for them, because each beast will only give you 120 Galleons each.

Selling beasts can be very lucrative if you catch a lot of them. Just be sure to fill your inventory before heading to Brood & Peck to sell. Also remember to avoid selling the shiny beasts you have captured. Ellie also sells various beast items in case you need them to upgrade your gear in the Room of Requirement.
