As Chapter 4 Season 1 wraps up in just a few days, Fortnite wraps up the season with the conclusion of the Oathbound questline. In the first of its final stages, players head to Lonely Labs to collect documents for Rift Warden Stellan, though each is hidden in hard-to-spot places in the POI. This is where to search for documents in Lonely Labs in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1.
How to Complete Research Papers in Lonely Labs Oathbound Mission in Fortnite
If you haven’t traveled to the snowy region yet, you can find Lonely Labs in the upper right corner of the map and it’s made up of a collection of small orange research buildings. Once there, you will need to collect all three Rift Warden Stellan papers to complete this phase of the Oathbound questline. You can find all paper locations marked and detailed below.

- Paper location #1: In the west side building of Lonely Labs, the first document can be located in front of a blue locker in the upper left corner of the lab.
- Paper location #2: The second document is on the left side of the largest building in the location and rests next to a pool table.
- Paper location #3: From the last document, you need to head east to the other side of the building. The last document is to the left of this side of the building exit.
Besides the Oathbound questline, players still have time to complete the Cipher event quests. These include a bunch of challenges that are only written in a series of numbers, and players must use a unique formula to decode them. Another questline challenge even features posters that seem to tease a new Chapter 4 Season 2 location.
