How to get Cecilias in Genshin Impact
You can find Cecilias if you search for white flowers in the Acantilado Starsnatch in Mondstadt. This cliff north of the Temple of the Thousand Winds seems to be the only place in Teyvat where these flowers grow naturally.

The easiest route to farm them is to start from the eastern cliff, just above the Temple of a Thousand Winds, and head northwest and then north along the cliff. This way, you will meet the greatest number of Caecilians by the most direct route. After cultivation, it takes 48 hours for the flowers to reappear.
Another way to get Cecilias is to buy them at Flora, an NPC who owns the Floral Whisper store in the town of Mondstadt. He has a stock of 5 Cecilias every three days, charging 1000 Mora per flower. What are Cecilias used for in Genshin Impact?
