If you want to cast enchantments on Elden Ring, you’ll need a Holy Seal, and which one you use will depend on how much you invest in the Faith stat or other stats for specific seals. If you want to max out Faith and use the best seal possible, you’ll want Erdtree’s seal to be the best overall, and getting it will take some time, but it’s worth the journey and the danger. The location of the Erdtree Seal in the Elden Ring

To find the Erdtree Seal, you must first find your way to Volcano Manor at the top of Mount Gelmir, west of the Altus Plateau. Begin your quest in the volcanic part of the mansion, at Grace’s site of the Prison City Church.

From this Sitio de Gracia, exit the church and turn right. You’ll see a cluster of ruined rooftops ahead of you and a path that leads further to the right. Head for the rooftops. Stick to the left side of the rooftops until you see a large waterfall on your right with a chimney in the middle. You will know the place because under the roof there is a bonfire, and if you take the time to look around you will also see an enemy Omen Killer waiting by the fireplace.

Jump down to ground level and kill the Omen Killer or dodge it long enough to reach the end of the alley. On the right side of the dead end will be a well-lit jail cell door. Go inside.

You’ll find Erdtree’s seal on a body at the bottom of the cell. In terms of stats, the Seal starts with a C-level faith scaling, but its scaling quality gradually increases as it is leveled up. At +1 you get level B scaling; at +3, he obtains a level A scale; and at +5 it goes to S level. You will also need to get a certain amount of Hatter Smithing Stones if you want to max it out.
