Staying in the fight as long as possible is your primary goal in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Battle Royale. That being said, even if you get killed, you still have a chance to make it through the Gulag or be redeemed by your teammates. Starting in Season 2, there’s also a new item that can get you back even faster than usual. Here’s what you need to know about Redistribution Packs in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and how to get them.

What do redeployment packs do in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0?

Redeployment packs are useful items in the sense that when you have one, you’ll instantly redeploy around the map when you die without going to the gulag. If you die again afterwards while the gulag is still open, you will fight there for a chance to return once more. The Redistribution Pack will only work for the person who picked it up, although it does not apply to teammates. This item also only appears on larger Battle Royale maps, not Resurgence ones.

How to get redistribution packs in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0?

There are three ways to purchase a redeployment package. First, you have a very low chance of finding them on the ground. The spawn rate of these should be minimal though, as we haven’t seen one quite like this yet. You can also buy one at Buy Stations if you save up to $6,000. Sure, buying back a teammate is cheaper, but it guarantees you’ll be back.

The final way to get Redistribution Packs is to complete Strongholds or Blacksites. They are guaranteed to spawn here, so if you want to get through some AI enemies, you can get one for free as long as you have the right items.
