Toylogic there PLAION are pleased to announce that Warriorthe third person online multiplayer war game and free to play will come to consoles May 16, 2023. The game will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and will feature cross-play across all platforms.
Warrior introduces a new genre of competitive gameplay which is a hybrid of hack-and-slash, shooter and strategy with up to 100 players divided into five armies with the objective of destroying each other’s castles. With three different character classes: Warrior, Mage or Cleric, users can choose their preferred playstyle which includes the use of catapults, siege towers, battering rams and cataclysmic idols, capable of turning the tide of the battle or secure victory.
In preparation for its console release, the following has been added:
- Two new cards:
- Dawn Bridge B is an alternate version of the original map dawn bridge but covered in mist, with the number and location of siege towers and weapons.
- Temple in the moonlight It allows players to experience moonlit battles and has four catapults in the center that can play an important role in pushing the front line. Additionally, siege battles use two routes that require new strategies for defense and attack.
- two new skills:
- He divine hammer increases the power of the cleric which can be used to unleash a powerful strike from the hammer. Hits nearby enemies and heals allies at the same time. The ability can be charged in three phases with higher phases increasing range, damage, and impact.
- Phoenix is an ultimate exclusive to the new rank 5 mage title, Inferno. Users can summon a phoenix to hover over the battlefield, rain fire, and destroy siege weapons and other structures.
The fighters of Warrior they have completed over 400,000 battles on Steam to date, killing over a million players in the process.
