Disney has announced that along with a sequel to Zootopia, Toy Story 5 and Frozen 3 are also in development, according to CNET. Disney CEO, Bob Iger, announced yesterday that the franchises will receive new deliveries, but did not give much more information other than that the projects are in progress. We don’t have any release dates, for example, or ideas on what the movies are about.
Considering Toy Story and Frozen remain hugely popular franchises that continue to receive critical acclaim (and a massive “other review” following from kids watching them), it’s likely that many will be lining up to see these movies when they come out.
