MY.GAMES announces that players who already have access to War Robots: Frontiers can enjoy its latest update: Elimination starting today. Players who have purchased any of the 4 Pathfinder Packs available will now be able to access the Early Access version for PC via Steam and wrfrontiers.com.
NEW GAME MODE: ELIMINATION. In this new game mode coming to War Robots: Frontiers, the team with the most standing robots at the end of the game will win. The game can end early if a team runs out of robots. In this game mode, beacons serve as deployment zones, but do not award victory points. Additionally, two new robots are coming to the hangar with unique abilities: Fenrir, which sacrifices half of its durability to increase movement speed. In addition, players will be able to take advantage of its repair ability in exchange for a percentage of the damage it inflicts; And Harpywhose unique ability allows him to ignite his opponents and deal damage to them or even set stages on fire and affect enemy robots.
The arrival of the new robots is complemented by new weapons, such as Huntera heavy shotgun and Lighter, a flamethrower that shoots giant fireballs. As for the new abilities, they are coming: Explosive wave allows you to place a bomb that damages and knocks back all enemies within its range and Dazzlea projectile that damages and blinds a single enemy.
Players will now be able to team up with up to six players using a team code that they can share with their friends in any way. Additionally, you will be able to search for teammates on the official War Robots: Frontiers Discord.
The Elimination update also comes with other improvements:
- Updated store content and tier rewards
- Translations of all languages improved.
- Updated tutorial tips and descriptions
- Hangar UI and matchmaking screen have been updated.
- Increased levels up to level 60.
