Wanted: Dead can be a difficult game, both intentionally and unintentionally, as the player must engage in lethargic races to evade flurries of enemy fire while constantly battling against the camera. Fortunately, a secret cheat code allows the player to access easy mode and unlock all minigames from the start.

How to Unlock Neko-chan Mode and All Minigames in Wanted: Dead
According to Xarabas on Steam, the easy mode cheat for Wanted: Dead is unlocked by pressing a specific button combination on the title screen. First, press any button on the title screen to display the different options, such as New game and Practice, then press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right and Right on the d-pad. A sound effect will play on success, declaring that Neko-chan mode has been unlocked.
Cheat code instantly unlocks all Wanted: Dead minigames including Target Practice, Crane Game, Karaoke, Space Runaway and Ramen. The Karaoke mini-game is particularly fun, as it involves the actors singing the original German version of Nena’s “99 Luftballons”, with increasingly complex cues throughout the song. Also, Space Runaway game is worth checking out as it is a retro-style sci-fi shooter in the vein of games like R-Type and Zero Wing. These give the player a chance to take a break from the fast-paced action gameplay of Wanted: Dead and relax with their squad.
The real benefit of the cheat code is that it unlocks Neko-chan mode, which is the easy mode version of Wanted: Dead. In Neko-chan mode, the player can carry more Stimpacks and enemies are easier to kill. The protagonist will also sport a pair of cat ears, signifying to the world that the player has decided to take the easy route. These cat ears will appear during normal gameplay and will only appear in some of the Wanted: Dead story scenes that occur throughout the stages.
