- Bifelgan Reward: 30 SP for dealing damage to an enemy and receiving the same number of blades.
Partitio can also summon an NPC he hired to attack.
Many of these abilities are very useful! I recommend getting Sidestep as soon as possible because it’s great during boss fights. (After all, bosses tend to telegraph their big attack.) Donating SP ended up being a lot more useful than expected, so grab that too ASAP.
As for their Latent Power cap, Hoot and Holler completely fill their BP. You can then use it to perform a stronger attack than usual. You can also use Donate BP to give it to an ally.

Especially if you’ve been using Throne to steal as much as possible, which means you have a nice pool of Blades.
