The latest financial report from NCSoftComment refers to the upcoming release of Throne and Liberty, and some new details.
According to the financial report and subsequent presentation, Throne and Liberty is moving forward and will be released this summer. The final Korean beta tests will take place next week (as reported by fan sites Throne and Liberty Online). These Korean tests will take place between February 21 and 22, and the pre-launch marketing campaign in Korea is expected to follow. However, there is no indication yet as to the Korean release date, but the start of the campaign should shed more light once marketing begins.
It is said that there will be a presentation prepared to announce the launch campaign in Korea. What we still don’t know is who will bring the game to the West. Until the Western partner is announced, CFO Hong Won-jun says they won’t be able to reveal more information about betas and so on in Europe and America. Rumors point to Amazon (which will bring Blue Protocol yes or yes), but there are also those who say that it will be NCSoft itself which will bring it.
