While it always seemed a bit far-fetched in the John Wick movies, it turns out that a real bulletproof suit does exist. Hacksmith has made a suit that looks like the suit from John Wick: Chapter 2, and this one can protect the wearer from 357 Magnum, 45 ACP FM, 9mm FM, and even 12 Ioz caliber rifled bullets.
Although the suit has not been certified to the NIJ level and is not actually for sale to the public, Hacksmith revealed that the suit uses layers of Kevlar and DYNEEMA composites to provide maximum flexibility and comfort, while being able to stop a series of bullets
Assuming this suit is on the market, Hacksmith revealed it’ll set you back around £80,000. Either way, the future of body armor is clearly here.
