Heading into the weekend, we reported on day one of the Call of Duty League Major III, where we discussed the host team, OpTic Texas, losing their opener and risking elimination. Well, now that the tournament is over, we have a winner to talk to.

After an action-packed weekend, the Toronto Ultra were named Major III champions, defeating none other than OpTic Texas in the final. Texas almost had the last comeback story, but unfortunately fell at the final hurdle, with Ultra winning the tournament with a final score of 4-2.

That means all eyes are now on qualifying for the fourth Major of the season, which kicks off on March 31, with the Boston Breach taking on the Las Vegas Legion.
