Again the original The Caligula Effect the game returns. NIS America announced another port of the new version. The Caligula effect: overdose it’s now heading to the PS5 in 2023. There’s no exact release date yet, and the company has yet to announce if there will be any more exclusive features.
What NIS America did was release a trailer for the PS5 version of The Caligula effect: overdose. It reminds people that this is a game about people going to school in what is effectively a virtual world. His former virtual assistant, Aria, recruited some of the “students” who realized the truth to battle the current ruler of space, the virtual idol μ, and his musicians Ostinato. In addition to your main named allies, you can recruit 500 ordinary students to fight alongside you. The video shows how it works, as well as some PS5 games in battle.
The Caligula Effect debuted on the Vita for the first time in the world. A few years later, the Overdose version appeared with additional content. This allowed someone to choose their avatar’s gender, as well as participating in an Ostinato Musician arc that allowed you to fight alongside enemies. It also changed some elements of the game, so the fights are a bit less difficult and it’s easier to connect with NPCs.
