As we mentioned before, this will be the first time that we will have a detailed presentation on the gameplay of Tears of the Kingdom. Whenever we’ve seen the sequel before, it was only in cinematic trailers that offered a few brief seconds of gameplay, interspersed with cutscenes.

This new presentation should therefore see Nintendo unveil new gameplay features for Tears of the Kingdom. We’ve already seen Link operate what appear to be flying vehicles, as well as makeshift cars, so we might get some details on how our hero actually activates and uses those features when the new intro is unveiled.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launches May 12 on Nintendo Switch.
