The Lamplighters League, a new turn-based strategy game, is coming to PC and Xbox Series in 2023, and will also be available through Xbox Game Pass.
Developped by Wacky schemes (Shadowrun series, BattleTech) and published by Paradox Interactive (who announced it alongside Cities: Skylines II yesterday), the game promises to challenge players’ minds with tactical gameplay and engaging storytelling. and characters set years ago in 30 alternates. According to its director Christopher Rogers, the game offers creative freedom to weave gameplay and storytelling into a new world, creating a unique and immersive experience for players. Here is the official synopsis:
“Sneak, fly and shoot through a world of pulpy adventures in The Lamplighters League. Travel through a variety of exciting settings around the world and outsmart your enemies in strategic turn-based combat; and, if you play your cards right, you might just save the world.”
The Lamplighters League will launch on PC and Xbox Series later this year and will be included in Game Pass from day one. Check out the first trailer below.
