This summer, Disney will release a horror film. Of course, it won’t be along the lines of Insidious or The Nun, or any of those other movies that are supposed to scare you so much you can’t sleep for a week. No, Disney dives into the genre from a more comedic standpoint, and it does so with the help of a deluxe cast.
Known as the Haunted Mansion, this film will then be released in theaters July 28 and will tell the story of a woman and her son who have recruited a cast of wacky “spiritual experts” to help them rid their home of ghosts, demons, and all manner of “supernatural occupants,” like the says the synopsis of the film. .
With guest appearances from Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, LeKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Jamie Lee Curtis and even Jared Leto, this film is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated films of the summer.
