There’s been a lot of talk about The Last of Us adaptation lately, and as soon as the show’s first season finished airing, speculation and rumors started about the second (and third) season. But let’s not forget that Sony has several other movies and TV series in the works, also based on other IPs it owns. One of them is the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima movie, directed by series director John Wick, Chad Stahelski.

In an interview with Discussing Films, he talks about the project and his thoughts on its spectacular visual style:

“Ghost of Tsushima is a really interesting story if you really dive into Jin Sakai’s story and what the movie is really about. And tie that in with these amazing visual effects. You already know John Wick movies that I love the color and compositing. Trying to not only match up but also surpass what the game has done with its visual effects, I find that fascinating. It’s something we’re looking at and working on. How can you expand the color palette? colors? How can you bring this world to life in a lifelike and lifelike way?”

How do you think the style of Ghost of Tsushima could be translated into a movie?
