A new update for Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris has been released, bringing the game to version 3.0.1. The update includes a new playable character, Eydis, as well as additional story updates, weapons and attachments, and some minor bug fixes.
New additional content
- Added bonus story free update part #. #5 “Old Apostles: The Bound Angel”, no. #6 “Ancient Apostles: The Dark Pool”, no. #7 “Old Apostles: The Corpse of Death” and no. Confusion”
- * Each of the ancient apostles would be accessible by completing the previous history of ancient apostles.
- *If the Ancient Apostles content does not start, please try next.
- If Cardinal is configured as one of the group members, remove him from the group.

- Series gear activates a passive ability that greatly increases your status by equipping three different types of gear from the same series.

* This weapon combines the tank function of attracting enemy’s attention and preventing attacks with the striker function of crushing the enemy with firepower.
*Can be obtained from Shops, Crafting, and Treasure Chests by completing Raid Dungeons.
*Currently, the weapon can only be equipped by Kirito and Rogu, who will join Kirito’s party in the Blooming of Matricaria update.

*Tradable weapons will be unique weapons where upgrade values cannot be transferred to other weapons.
- Added more options to use “Exchange Tickets”.
- “Exchange Tickets” in SAO SHOP can be exchanged for “CUBE Tickets” or “Incarnation Fragment Tickets”.
- CUBE tickets can be redeemed in the SAO store.
- You can now exchange Incarnation Shard Tickets for Incarnation Shards through the Enigma Brokerat North Centoria.
- Added new attachments.
- Attachments have been implemented to remove the negative effects of current attachments with negative effects.
- Removed “Recommended Level” and changed rating to “Enemy Lv.”
- The “Recommended Level” of each mission has been changed to “Enemy Level”
- Changed the perks when controlling party members other than Kirito.
- When other squads led by characters like Asuna or Bercouli are used, buff effects such as EXP boost have been added.

Battle
- Raid Quest Reborn Series – Changed level cap from 500 to 999.
- Special rewards will be given for the first defeat of a level 999 boss.
- Partially adjusted quest rewards from the “Reborn” series up to level 500.
System
- Added the ability to preferentially update game avatars.
- The ability to “book an upgrade” for Play avatars that have already been added to your friends list and are blocked.
*Only one avatar can be reserved at a time, and the reservation will be canceled when the avatar is updated.
- Adjusted the number of items needed to reinforce the team from +6 to +50.
Other
- Fixed other minor bugs and issues.
