Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon had quite a bumpy run. Originally conceived as a Star Wars spin-off, the idea was scrapped when Lucasfilm was acquired by Disney. However, after creating a new IP to adapt the film, Snyder is finally set to release Rebel Moon later this year.
However, on The Nerd Queens podcast, it looks like Snyder has another project he’s excited about. “The one thing I’m having a really good time with, and I don’t even know if I’m even supposed to talk about it, but, you know, this RPG we’re doing, it’s literally insane. So immersive, so intense, and so Huge… It’s going to be the universe fully realized, and it’s going to be really fun.”
As of now, there’s no reveal or release date in sight for the Rebel Moon video game, but it’s still exciting to know that another immersive sci-fi RPG is on the way. Rebel Moon will premiere on Netflix on December 22, 2023.
