Today, PC saw the release of The Last of Us: Part I. The game generated massive interest, and to date, over 35,000 people have been playing it (via SteamDB). However, it turns out that not everyone can freely enjoy the game. This is all due to technical issues.
On the Steam forum and in The Last of Us: Part I reviews, there are voices about the game crashing. Players are struggling with the title closing spontaneously. without any error message.
“The game stops without warning, a few minutes after the start. No matter the setting. pc:
- i9-10900K
- 32 GB RAM
- RTX-4090

The above post sparked a flurry of comments, with players sharing PC builds The Last of Us: Part I doesn’t want to run on. AC watch the title struggles to run even on very powerful PCs. The situation is even more controversial because The Last of Us: Part I has very high system requirements.
Also, it’s hard to find reports of other bugs, so the list isn’t exceptionally long. However, this does not change the fact that these problems are extremely annoying. Its magnitude is clearly evidenced by the fact that the game currently only has 40% positive reviews (and nearly 2,000 have already been written). Hopefully Iron Galaxy and Naughty Dog fix these shortcomings as soon as possible.
