Although it has not been officially confirmed, it is rumored that nintendo could take classic games from the series Pokemon at your service Nintendo Switch Online.

Nintendo has just added Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance games to its Nintendo Switch Online and Expansion Pack subscription services, giving gamers the chance to relive some of the classics from popular handheld consoles.

To start, Nintendo has added a small number of Game Boy and GBA games to Switch Online and its expansion pack, but more are on the way. However, of all the Game Boy and GBA games coming to Switch Online in the future, fans will have noticed that none of the classic Pokemon games were part of the catalog.

However, that doesn’t mean that Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald might not come to the service at some point.

In fact, there are indications that classic Pokemon games could be coming to the service at some point. Well, it was pointed out that Nintendo updated the Pokémon Stadium 1 and 2 videos to remove the warning that users cannot transfer Pokémon, games that will come in the Switch Online expansion pack.

This has led some to believe that the original Pokémon games will come to the service at some point, and that when they do, they will retain compatibility with Pokémon Stadium and Pokémon Stadium 2.
