The sales period begins, Sony chooses to start with a promotion dedicated to online services.
From November 18th gamers will be able to take advantage of a new offer dedicated to PlayStation Plus. The offer was submitted via the profile Twitter official console of Sony at the moment, however, it is not clear whether the discount of 25% is valid only for the PS Plus or even for plans Extra Premium.
In the past, such discounts referred only to the portion of users who had not yet subscribed to the service, at the moment we do not know if this time it will be available to everyone or not, of the image shared by PlayStation through the social network it is read that the variety of games included varies according to the country and that obviously the subscription is subject to automatic renewal until cancelled. Nothing new, of course, so the promotion could really be extended to everyone, even those already subscribed to the service. To be sure, however, we will have to wait for the start of the discount set for November 18th.
Users who subscribe to the PlayStation Plus subscription will be able to take advantage of the current month’s free games.
Just during the month of November, all subscribers to the service Essentials, Premium and it’s xtra will be able to download for free NiOh 2 (PS4, PS5), Lego Harry Potter Collection per PS4 with Heavenly Bodies for PS5.
Meanwhile the sales of PlayStation 5 keep growing: the home console Sony is the best-selling in Japan. The best-selling video game is instead Splatoon 3, published exclusively for Nintendo Switch. Despite good sales, in July the financial report of Sony Group highlighted a decline in users subscribed to the services offered in the quarter of April until the end of June, recently users had complained about the absence of the date a videogame would be removed from the catalog.
After two days, however, everything is back to normal, probably a mistake on the part of Sony or a test with far too negative results!
