FUT 23 is once again facing an onslaught of cheaters. Fans of the popular FIFA mode are demanding a firm response from EA, and in the meantime they are disabling cross-platform mode in an attempt to prevent cheaters on PC.

The most popular sports game in the world is once again facing a plague of cheaters. The FIFA 23 fan community forums have recently been inundated with posts about cheats ruining players’ fun in FIFA Ultimate Team mode.

The problem is so serious that the last fifa already uses the EA AntiCheat (EACC) security systemyet PC cheaters continue to increase in number.

Fans of the game even claim that the phenomenon of cheating has recently taken on unprecedented proportions.

Unfortunately, the issue described above is evidence of the EA AntiCheat bug. Developed by Electronic Arts Moreover, this is not the first time that the system has been a source of controversy.

At the time of the game’s release, it caused significant performance issues and had so many flaws that it allowed cheaters to kick their opponents out of the game.

Invisible players and angry community

The disgruntled FIFA community is sharing evidence online of the cheating honest FIFA Ultimate Team players face on a daily basis.

Let’s take the example of a short video posted on Twitter by user SlaterAC_. The video shows that when playing in the FUT Championship, SlaterAC_ must face… invisible opponentswho easily touch the ball and score a goal against the clearly confused player.

In the comments under the video, many more users also reported a similar problem with cheats, as a test post your own videos matches with phantom opponents.

And that’s not all, since in recent weeks the so-called artificial intelligence (AI) trick has gained notoriety, in which instead of a cheat the game is played by an almost invincible bot, which knows all effective game patterns. Other players, in turn, complain about cheaters, who have in their team all the players with the highest statistics, namely 99 (which, of course, is impossible without the use of cheats).

Massive cheating issues are causing an increasing number of FIFA console players to turn off the crossplay feature, just to avoid running into PC players.

However, as claimed by a Reddit known as Ambitious-Target4186, even this solution may not be enough, as hackers are said to be able to easily change your login to the console equivalent.

“Apparently hackers can change the platform ID to PS for matchmaking, so even disabling crossplay may no longer be an effective solution.”

FUT fans facing growing cheating issues demand a quick and firm response from EA. The developer has not yet addressed the issue.
