After completing its first rounds of alpha testing with several playable episodes, Phantom Galaxies is ready to release rewards to those who complete missions and hit their collectible NFT posters.

The Phantom Galaxies alpha is still open to players. So if you haven’t finished your Phantom Galaxies poster collection, there’s still a chance to participate in this next airdrop. The snapshot will be taken on February 15 at 12:00 UTC, but the ability to craft banners will be closed some time before, so don’t wait too long!

By completing all four alpha episodes, players can hit these banners and complete their sets. Owners of complete collections will receive Mintpasses during the airdrop, allowing them to craft special Starfighters and Avatars. The requirements and rewards are:

  • A full set of untraded NFT Posters is eligible for a Pristine Fleet Mintpass, for striking a Pristine Fleet Generative Starfighter in-game.
  • A full set of redeemed NFT Banners grants a Veteran Fleet Pass, for the in-game Veteran Fleet Generative Starfighter strike.
  • A full NFT set of the Episode Medal qualifies for a Zveta Gene Sample Pass, to create a generative Zveta Gene avatar in-game.
  • A ‘The Hopeful’ NFT grants an Elpis Gene Sample coin pass, to mint an Elpis Gene Generative Avatar in-game.

For those without full collections, there will be an upcoming opportunity to purchase Avatar and Starfighter mintpasses. However, these new passes are considered “second class” and offer less luxurious apartments and hangars.

Holders of these new NFTs should get early access to a future beta. And these NFTs will also be usable in-game at some point!

What is Ghost Galaxies?

Phantom Galaxies is a story-driven FPS set in a future of space travel and planetary colonization. Players follow story missions, fight pirates, and upgrade their character and ships along the way. Phantom Galaxies recently completed a series of alpha testing episodes, offering special rewards in the form of NFTs and Astrafite, the in-game currency.

Each episode features a series of story-driven quests. Completing the quest gives the player a chance to strike an NFT medal. These NFTs are special rewards that show you have completed these Alpha Episodes, which in turn allow owners to create NFT banners. Playing Phantom Galaxies alpha requires owning a Phantom Galaxies NFT. But there are several options available for less than $5 in Open Sea. Each episode must be completed sequentially.

Phantom Galaxies runs on a downloadable client and features traversable stations, numerous missions, high-quality graphics, and space and ground combat.
