A creative fan of Monitor 2 tried his hand at cosplay by doing an impressive mask representing the new hero of the game, Ramattraincluding various LED lights to replicate the character’s synthetic features.

Although added at the start of Season 2 of Overwatch 2, the most recent Season 3 did not introduce any new heroes to the game’s roster, and fans should not expect to see a new addition to the casting ahead of Season 4, according to Blizzard.

Even so, Ramattra’s many unique abilities have given players plenty of new skills to learn since his arrival. Ramattra’s main feature is his ability to switch between Omnic and Nemesis forms during combat.

With the ability to lead a strategic advance in his Omnic form and absorb massive damage in his much bulkier Nemesis form, this key trait gives the hero great versatility during combat. Each form also allows the character to take advantage of different attacks and abilities, many of which make them particularly useful for holding onto territory.

Cosplay within the Overwatch 2 community is nothing new thanks to the series’ many unique character designs, and Ramattra brings another deep personality to the world of Overwatch 2. A creative fan who goes by the name DiscordCreates on reddit shared his progress on the mask via a post on the site, which includes some images of the creation which features several built-in LED lights.

My first real attempt at cosplay, Ramattra! What does the mask look like so far?

According to the designer, the 3D-printed mask shell was sanded and spray-painted before the lights were installed in the drilled holes with a dremel. While not the first Omnic character to be seen in the game, Ramattra’s robotic features are certainly a subject of great potential for cosplay enthusiasts.
