Version 1.3 of the Ultimate Patch mod has been released, which improves Need for Speed Payback racing game and expands it with new elements.
Currently, Need for Speed fans mostly play the two most recent installments of the series, last year’s NFS Unbound and 2019’s NFS Heat. However, there are also brand fans who don’t. have no intention of leaving Need for Speed. : Payback, even if the game is already more than five years old. Much of the credit goes to the mods. One of the most important projects of this type, titled Payback Ultimate Patch, has just received a new version.
As the title suggests, the mod acts as an unofficial update and its purpose is to improve the game in general. Along with bug and balance fixes, the mod also features a ton of beneficial gameplay changes. Among the most important, it is worth mentioning that players can finally move out of the way without resetting their position. Speed limits have also been removed and it is now possible to teleport to competitions or other activities. Car customization options have also been expanded, with stores offering additional parts.including spoilers and new bumpers.

The latest version of the mod is number 1.3. Traditionally, it offers technical fixes and introduces a set of new parts., including several variants of rear lights and diffusers. Additionally, parts packs have appeared in garages, making it easy to quickly upgrade cars.
Need for Speed: Payback was released in November 2017 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, with mods available only for PC.
The game enjoys a good reputation among players. On Steam, 86% of user reviews praise NFS Payback, which is rated as “very positive” reception.
Finally, it should be mentioned that the author of the mod, namely AntiLoser, is also developing a similar project for Calor NFS in parallel, titled simply Heat Ultimate Patch.
