Take down General Crassus’ monstrous captains and banish the shadow of tyranny from Rome in this all-new event. Following the plan set in place long ago, the forces of Crassus invaded the southern lands to free the Cyclops Lucanus and Decimus. Players brave enough to take on these bosses can search for portals in Luminous Forest, Weavers’ Marsh, Vale of Sorrows, Blackscale Heights, and Eden Grove. Each victory grants adventurers daily rewards specific to that event.

The Corrupted Legion turns the land into barren land, mud and dust. High banners are raised and small fires burn on the ground. Elite Legionnaires patrol the perimeter while a Signifer Nerva casts a spell in the center. Moments later, a portal opens…
Two purple eyes shine through the magic abyss. They flash simultaneously, but move further and further apart. Each powerful strike amplifies its size and ferocity. Water boils, tents crumble, and even bears from neighboring regions flee the chaotic tremors as two towering figures barbarously emerge into deafening silence.
Lucanus and Decimus, the Cyclops captains of Crassus, raise their arms. As their massive weapons are raised skyward, the shadow of Roman tyranny draws closer and closer to consuming Aeternum. These are the remains of a general seduced by corruption. It’s the Legacy of Crassus.

Defeat these level 66 vicious beasts to earn event-specific items such as Lucanus Weapons and Decimus Armor, in addition to standard weapons, armor, and consumables. Please note that players must inflict a minimum of 1000 damage to receive the rewards.
Daily Bonus Rewards
Once per day, players will earn a special cache containing one of the following legendary gear items after defeating world bosses. Players are also guaranteed to receive each reward after defeating them eight times.
- Decimus’ Wrath Greataxe
- Great Sword of the Hoplites
- Armored Chest Armor Breastplate of Decimus
- Heavy Handguards Fists of Decimus
- Arco Sagitta of Lucanus
- Vesuvius Igneous Staff
- Half Helm of Galea of Lucanus
- Medium Boots Lucan’s Studded Boots
- Players will also receive:
- 1 – 3 Obsidian Age
- 500 Umbrian Fragments
- A special crafting modifier that can be used to add powerful effects to crafted items. (25% chance)
Daily rewards reset at 05:00 local time. For example, if a player gets a special cache at 04:58, they can get another one at 05:01.
standard rewards
Players will receive one of the following rewards each time they defeat Lucanus and Decimo. Unlike daily bonus rewards, players can kill the World Boss multiple times per day for additional rewards.
- Each victory rewards players with:
- A random weapon or armor of your level (90% chance)
- A designated special item from Brimstone Sands or Aeternum (10% chance)
- Players will also receive level-appropriate consumables (health, mana, etc.)
