If you’ve been waiting over a decade for a new boxing game since Fight Night Champion was released, the Steam Undisputed Early Access game is for you. Boasting incredibly authentic visuals, realistic gameplay, and a 2023 roadmap filled with updates and fighters like Tyson Fury and Muhammad Ali, Undisputed is a sports game to watch.
With no major boxing games on PC for some time, Undisputed isn’t just a welcome Steam release, it’s one that many have been excited about since its release. Developed by Steel City Interactive, Undisputed is currently on Steam for $29.99 USD (£24.99).
The new boxing game has over 4,000 reviews, almost 80% of which are positive. You can see Undisputed in action below with a fight between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier.
As a huge fan of 2011’s Fight Night Champion, a boxing game that still looks and plays phenomenal more than a decade later, Undisputed is looking to reclaim the crown left behind by EA.
The early access Steam game also has a pretty hefty roadmap for 2023, which is expected to add lots of new boxers, features, and flesh out the overall game.

Although Undisputed is currently in early access, which means it doesn’t offer all the variety of modes and details of a release like Fight Night Champion, it’s at least on the way. There are currently over 50 boxers, six locations, online and offline modes, and more to come.

Undisputed requires you to play with a controller, as the new boxing game doesn’t work with a keyboard and mouse. Although it will disappoint some, I can confidently say that a game like this works best with a controller in your hands.
