If you’re a big fan of Microsoft Rewards, you might have noticed a new promotion in the Xbox MS Rewards app recently called “Great New Games Spotlight”, which gives you 2500 free points to purchase certain games from the Xbox Store.
Specifically, you have to spend £40/$50 to get those 2500 free points, which doesn’t seem like a lot at first glance, but there are some big popular games on the list that have been selling like pancakes lately. If you’re going to buy them anyway, you might as well get some free Microsoft Rewards points for doing it!

So what we are saying here is that if you are planning to buy any of these games like Hogwarts Legacy, Resident Evil 4 or WWE 2K23 we suggest you activate the “Great New Games Spotlight” punch card in the Xbox Microsoft Rewards app first, which is simply tapping the first button on the map to “browse the game collection”.
Once you’ve racked up £40/$50 in purchases (which in many cases could just be one game), you should automatically find the 2500 free Microsoft Rewards points deposited into your account. As simple as that!
