How do I know the rarity of a card?

Uncommon rarity cards have a silver symbol, which appears in booster packs in smaller quantities. They have more power than a regular card and are often one of the key support elements in a deck. Since there are only three in a booster, you can get a few copies if you open a few packs. It may take some time before I receive a full set of four due to ratings.

Rare rarity cards will have a gold symbol and only one rare card is drawn from a booster. These are usually the cards a deck is built on, with other cards supporting the strategy. You are unlikely to get more than one or two copies of a rare card after opening multiple booster packs. Completing your collection usually involves shopping online.
Mythical Rare Rarity

Mythic rare cards have a bright orange symbol and sometimes take the place of a rare card in a booster. These are even rarer than rare cards, and you’ll likely find six mythic rares among the 36 booster packs. Sometimes they’re even more powerful than rare cards, and often they’re unique cards, like planeswalkers. Even creatures and non-creatures of Mythic rarity can have a huge impact on a game. Obtaining multiple copies of Mythic Rares usually requires a huge bank account or incredible luck, sometimes a combination of both.
