Over the past two decades, we’ve seen several story arcs from One Piece, Eiichiro Oda’s popular anime and manga, and with each passage Nico Robin changes appearance. One of the most popular designs to date is the one we saw on the ark of dressrosewho came to life thanks to the excellent cosplay he did Maengpor.

Maengpor is a Thai cosplayer who has been paying homage to her favorite characters for the past few years, achieving great results with several of them thanks to her Asian background. Among the best works Maengpor has featured is his One Piece Nico Robin cosplay, which features the look we saw in the Dressrosa arc and was released earlier this year.

In fact, Maengpor started posting cosplay photos in December 2020, so she’s barely been in this scene for just over two years and has been posting professional-looking photos for just over a year. During this time, Maengpor has transformed into over a dozen characters, but the only One Piece cosplay he has done is Nico Robin.

Several years have passed since Dressrosa’s arc ended in the One Piece magna and some time later it received its anime adaptation, becoming one of Eiichiro Oda’s most popular works to date. Among the designs from this arc that have become the most popular is Nico Robin’s and Maengpor’s cosplay is just a small sample.

Although Nico Robin’s skin in the Fishman Island arc, the first after the two-year time jump, is the most popular and the one seen recently in the One Piece Odyssey video game, many fans prefer Dressrosa’s skin with the remnant black and white cap that Ohara’s demon girl wears. While Maengpor’s chosen outfit isn’t exactly the same as Nico Robin’s in One Piece, the resemblance is enough to say she’s cosplaying.

We hope this isn’t the last time Maengpor decides to cosplay her from One Piece and above all we hope this isn’t the last time she transforms into Nico Robin, because this waifu is one of the favorites of the anime and manga fans and their creations are usually some of the best.
