alternative rock band, Linkin Park he is now celebrating the twentieth anniversary of his second major studio album, Meteora, one of the most recognized albums of his career.

That’s why the group released a new music video based entirely on the anime for the release’s special single, “Lost”, featuring the unmistakable vocals of the band’s late vocalist, Chester Bennington. First released in March 2003, Meteora was the band’s second major album after Hybrid Theory, and it was understood that fans could see even more of the band’s personality in it.

Specifically, this is also the album where the group started to bond more with anime fans through some of their videos. It’s hard to listen to Linkin Park and not immediately connect to comics or anime thanks to the production of videos like “Breaking the Habit” (produced by Studio Gonzo).

And even more thanks to the wave of anime in fan-made music videos featuring their songs over the years. Now, the group has made a special comeback with a new anime music video for the special 20th anniversary single, “Lost.”

What does the return of Linkin Park look like?

After the death of Chester Bennington at 42 in 2017, he left a legacy and made waves again on YouTube thanks to “Lost”, a song Linkin Park had recorded during the production of Meteora but which was never included in the album .

The new special version, Meteora 20th Anniversary Edition, will be released in its entirety on April 7. Celebrating the original album with new material, including previously unreleased tracks, demos, live performances and more, it’s sure to be a welcome return for fans who have been missing Bennington ever since.

The music video for “Lost” itself is more of an AI-created production. Produced and animated by Emily “pplpleasr” Yang and Maciej Kuciara’s Web3 studio, Shibuya, with AI production support from Studio Kaiber, the music video features a character from Shibuya’s NFT-powered White Rabbit series, and without that was undoubtedly a welcome comeback by the band’s supporters.
