This week the first Nintendo Direct of the year aired and it ended with a new look at The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomthe long-awaited Nintendo Switch exclusive which will arrive on May 12, 2023. Taking advantage of the hype generated, the talented cosplayer known as Pixel-Cosplay shared her cosplay of Link with which we can imagine a live-action version.
Pixel Cosplay is how we know this talented German cosplayer based in Frankfurt, who could well claim to have presented one of the best live-action versions of Link from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. . While her cosplay isn’t exactly new, the photo she just submitted less than a week ago is, and she looks awesome.
Pixel Cosplay started dressing up as their favorite fictional characters over seven years ago and has been active on their social media ever since, so we can see their evolution as a cosplayer over the years. The first Link cosplays introduced by Pixel arrived the year The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was released, but they don’t compare to the new Tears of the Kingdom.
Since Pixel has been cosplaying, he’s done several homages to The Legend of Zelda series and even come up with original outfits for Link, as we saw with the sessions he presented a few years ago. However, we first saw Pixel’s The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Link cosplay back in August 2021, with great results ever since.
Six days ago, Pixel Cosplay shared a new photo of their Link cosplay looking like TLOZ: Tears of the Kingdom, with a photo taken by the German cosplayer known as Jacky and a costume partly made by Mena cosplay. This Link cosplay features the apparent decomposing hand we saw in the trailers for the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch exclusive.
