First unveiled at CES 2023, the upcoming LG G3 OLED TV appears to be a true next-gen panel, using a micro-lens array to boost its brightness beyond that of competing displays like the Samsung S95C.

A Micro Lens Array is a new technology that uses billions of tiny convex lenses placed over the pixels of an OLED panel to boost brightness by up to 150% compared to regular OLED TVs.

On top of that, the OLED G3 also uses a Brightness Boost Algorithm and Super Anti Reflective Coating, which again will give us even more brightness and reduce the amount of glare on the screen by around 25% .

Along with improved visuals, the G3 brings another improvement to its audio, with sound now calibrated to better match the content you’re watching. An auto-balancing feature will also better match treble and bass to the TV speakers.
