Developer Bloober Team just showed off a significant chunk of gameplay from its Unreal Engine 5 remake of Layers of Fear, with over 10 minutes of footage to scare the crap out of. The team is taking liberties with their reimagining of the 2023 series, with this clip showing the location of the in-game Lighthouse, an all-new play space included in the remake.

Also, this current Layers of Fear release actually includes Layers of Fear 2 and all of the franchise’s DLC, so the new release doubles as something of a collectible. Here’s a list of the game’s new features, straight from developer Bloober Team:
